National Charity League, Inc., Cypress Belles Chapter celebrated its 20th anniversary with a Mother Daughter Tea held at the Norris Conference Center in Houston on October 21, 2018. Both current and former members were on hand to honor the chapter’s legacy of service to the community of Cypress. Donations were collected to assist the spotlight philanthropy for this event, Cypress Assistance Ministries. In addition to guest speakers, attendees were treated to a style show presented by the Class of 2019.

National Charity League, Inc., Cypress Belles Chapter currently has 275 Members and provides hands-on volunteer service for 18 philanthropic organizations in the community. Members are women and their daughters’ grades 7-12. Through this community service, NCL, Inc. develops socially responsible community leaders and strengthens the mother-daughter relationship. The traditional Six Year Core Program also includes leadership development and cultural experiences. Mother-daughter teams nationwide are responsible, dedicated, skilled volunteers actively engaged in local community work in 27 states across the country.
