The world’s biggest power is the youth and beauty of a woman.”- Chanakya
Rania Eysie, a native of the country of Lebanon, is a beauty in her own right. After going through a
divorce, she knew that she would have to work to support her two small children. “I was working
wherever I could, doing small jobs, cooking and cleaning floors in a little café, in a pizza place,” explains
Rania.
David Eysie graduated with a Bachelors’ Degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England College in
Springfield, Massachusetts. He joined the police force in Norwood, Massachusetts, the small town
where he had grown up.
The couple met by chance. “I first spoke to her while she was taking a walk along a street, and I was on
duty, looking for an elderly man that was lost. We became friends.” Rania takes up the story, “It
happened very quickly. He wanted a relationship. We became engaged, got married and have been
together for 15 years. David basically helped me to start my American life.”
“I have always liked to be around people, to help others be successful in whatever they were doing. I
come from the Middle East. I have always had good skin. I thought, why not go to beauty school so I can
help others have good skin like me?”
After experiencing a facial in the United States, Rania decided that bringing out the beauty in others
would become her life’s work. While she was fluent in Arabic and French. Rania tackled the challenge of
mastering the English language, graduating in the top of her class from the Aesthetics Institute of Boston
in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a licensed Esthetician in Texas and Massachusetts. “David was my
biggest support, my biggest push,” she explains.
Rania and David have four children. “Together, we have two boys and two girls. They are all grown up,
doing their own things,” shares David. “The boys stayed in Boston. George owns and operates his own
landscaping business. Talal manages a small auto repair shop. Heather and Nick, her hard-working
husband, live in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Heather is a stay-at-home mom, caring for their two beautiful
children: Rosalee (2yrs), and Henry, (3months). Pam Lives in Chicago which is where she went to college.
She works in the financial field and is engaged to a great guy named Dan,” relates David. The Eysies
enjoy visiting with the grand kids. “We also love to travel to Lebanon, Mexico, and the Caribbean, when
we can,” says David. “I love to go to Lebanon, but then, I love to travel everywhere!” adds Rania.
David is a retired police officer with 32 years of service. Officer Eysie was promoted to the rank of
detective and received his gold badge in January of 2013. Working undercover, David was injured three
years ago, while arresting a drug dealer. Following complications due to multiple knee surgeries, Eysie
retired at the rank of detective and worked in the drug unit. Detective Eysie distinguished himself as the
recipient of multiple awards and citations, including the Combat Cross for taking on live fire while
breaching a drug dealer’s door. (Door breaching is a process used by police to force open closed or
locked doors).
“After retiring, I felt a Spa would be a good direction to go and Rania certainly deserved her own
business. Tired of the cold weather in Massachusetts, and as Rania’s mother and brothers live in the city,

David decided to research business opportunities in Houston. “I located Face to Face Spa, a small
franchise based in Austin, Texas.”
“David decided to help me with my life’s dream, my passion for the skin care medi-spa business,”
exclaims Rania. “It was such a surprise when we flew down from Boston. We fell in love with the
concept of Face to Face Spa! One week later, David purchased two locations!” shares Rania.
Face to Face Spa at Towne Lake opened in July, 2017. David runs the administrative side of the business.
“We are membership based. The membership is free, but you maintain your skin care on a monthly
basis to achieve maximum results. Face to Face specializes in medical- grade facials, chemical peels,
microdermabrasion, Botox & filler injections, Hydro facial, Skinpen micro needling, and VI Peel. We also
carry a variety of medical grade skin care products. “Our second location is in the thought process, now
that Towne Lake has over 200 members,” comments David.
“I think that he believes in me, and that he supports my dream,” concludes Rania.
